How cashless treatment works

   Inform the insurer
   Call the tollfree number on your card before admission (planned) or within 24h (emergency).

   Submit pre-auth form
   Hospital sends pre-authorisation request to the insurer with your policy + diagnosis.

   Insurer approves
   Insurer confirms eligibility and sets a cashless limit. Process usually takes 30 mins.

   Treatment + discharge
   Hospital bills the insurer directly. You only pay non-covered items (food, attendant, deductible).
