How cashless treatment works
- 1Inform the insurerCall the tollfree number on your card before admission (planned) or within 24h (emergency).
- 2Submit pre-auth formHospital sends pre-authorisation request to the insurer with your policy + diagnosis.
- 3Insurer approvesInsurer confirms eligibility and sets a cashless limit. Process usually takes 30 mins.
- 4Treatment + dischargeHospital bills the insurer directly. You only pay non-covered items (food, attendant, deductible).
